Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native platforms across AWS and GCP.
- Build internal developer platforms, self-service capabilities, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity solutions.
- Implement observability, SRE practices, incident management, capacity planning, and production reliability initiatives.
- Develop automation frameworks, self-healing systems, and AI-assisted operational workflows to reduce MTTR.
- Drive cloud modernization, application migrations, Kubernetes adoption, DevSecOps integration, governance, compliance automation, and policy-as-code initiatives.
- Optimize cloud costs through FinOps practices and support mission-critical production environments.
Requirements
- Require 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering delivering and operating large-scale, highly available production platforms.
- Require expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, cloud-native architectures, and disaster recovery design.
- Require experience with GitOps, CI/CD, release automation, GitHub Actions, and Harness.
- Require proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting, API-driven automation, and scalable infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Require knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, security engineering, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, APM, incident management, cloud security, policy-as-code, compliance automation, and zero-trust principles.
- Familiarity with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS/SSL, Platform Engineering, AIOps, AI-powered automation, and cloud-native development is expected; Golang and/or Java experience is a strong plus.
