Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of a Security Labs project.
- Build novel security infrastructure under real time pressure.
- Drive successful experiments toward production scale.
- Work embedded with research teams to stress-test workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging security technologies.
- Turn experimental results into clear, decision-ready writeups.
- Maintain a pain-point registry and feasibility assessment.
- Help scope and prioritize the next wave of Labs projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software or security engineering experience.
- Experience with pilots, prototypes, or applied research work.
- Strong programming skills in Python and at least one systems language.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
- A track record of cross-functional execution.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and iteration.
- Genuine curiosity about defending against advanced adversaries.
- Passion for AI safety and understanding of security's role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
