Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full-stack features for the Flow builder using JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead technical design for key initiatives and drive quality, scalability, maintainability, and cross-team alignment.
- Build reusable, performant UI components for the no-code builder experience.
- Own services across implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, infrastructure, and platform teams to define and deliver user-friendly technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reliability with infrastructure and platform teams.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural reviews, cross-functional planning, and team-wide engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js with Express or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing APIs and building robust services at scale in distributed, cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade user experiences in partnership with Product and Design teams.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, make technical tradeoffs, lead technical discussions, and build consensus.
- Strong engineering standards across testing, monitoring, documentation, and scalability, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant industry experience.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow engines, or visual development platforms is a nice-to-have.
- Interest in AI-assisted developer tooling or automation is a nice-to-have.
