Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for Workflow Advisory and related knowledge-driven platform capabilities.
- Design semantic architectures, knowledge models, knowledge graphs, and reusable domain models connecting workflows, data, decisions, and insights.
- Define architecture patterns for workflow automation, intelligent decision support, and future agentic applications.
- Establish standards for knowledge representation, lifecycle management, governance, and reuse across platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures for enterprise and customer-facing solutions.
- Ensure platform services, APIs, and knowledge assets are discoverable, composable, and consumable by AI-enabled applications.
- Apply AI and LLM technologies to improve knowledge discovery, workflow execution, and advisory experiences.
- Ensure architecture addresses enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and SOC2 requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and consulting teams to align investments with business and technology strategy.
- Drive adoption of architectural standards and reusable platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and architects and communicate architectural direction to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software platforms.
- Experience as a Software Architect, Product Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Experience designing AI-enabled, knowledge-driven, or workflow-centric software systems.
- Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic architectures, ontologies, taxonomies, graph databases, or retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, or autonomous agent patterns.
- Experience leading technical spikes, rapid prototyping efforts, or proof-of-concept development.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience designing secure, privacy-conscious, and trustworthy software platforms within enterprise governance requirements.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
Benefits
- For Poland-based roles, the stated starting base salary range is 238,000 PLN to 348,700 PLN, with offers based on experience and geographic location.
- The compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
