Base Salary

$168k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Operate as a trusted technical partner to CX Directors and Ecommerce leaders.
  • Combine hands-on technical execution with consultative delivery.
  • Partner with customers to define success criteria and scope agent builds.
  • Lead technical discovery conversations to map out support taxonomies.
  • Identify risks and ensure alignment between customer expectations and AI capabilities.
  • Design and configure specialized Agents from setup through launch.
  • Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts.
  • Set up and validate Custom Tools to connect AI to external systems.
  • Test custom agents to ensure performance and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during agent build engagements.
  • Map AI actions to standard routing and backend automations.
  • Build reporting frameworks to track deflection rates and resolution quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues during critical customer moments.
  • Approach engagements with a builder’s mindset to standardize delivery.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and delivery processes.
  • Maintain strong operational hygiene with clear documentation and status tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally with PMs, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Train and mentor the broader Solution Architect team.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture or technical consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
  • Track record of working with senior technical stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in API & Integration Mastery.
  • Experience configuring and integrating with complex enterprise platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Agentic AI Fundamentals and LLMs.
  • Fluency in customer support metrics and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear implementation plans.
  • Clear communicator capable of explaining AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
