Responsibilities
- Use Blitzy to build real software projects for approximately five to eight hours per week during nights and weekends.
- Challenge the platform with difficult work such as legacy-system reverse engineering, large-codebase refactoring, or new software development.
- Collaborate with Blitzy marketing and participate in two 30-minute guidance calls each month.
- Publish one to two videos of at least five minutes per month documenting the build process and results on a personal YouTube channel.
- Optionally share work through a unique attribution link to drive signups and qualified meetings.
Requirements
- Work as an enterprise developer at an organization with fewer than 10,000 employees and have shipped production software there.
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for building software and spend free time tinkering or creating projects.
- Publish consistently, with at least one video each month.
- Work independently, manage personal time, and deliver without someone managing the process.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecom, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
- Previous creator, audience, video-editing, or on-camera experience is not required.
Benefits
- $2,000 per month as a 1099 contractor.
- Two additional $10,000 monthly bonuses may be awarded through a leaderboard, for a potential $30,000 total month when both are earned.
