Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and support scalable Health AI services across Asia in partnership with data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers.
- Define data and solution architecture patterns for structured and unstructured health data, including preparation, governance, and optimization for Generative AI.
- Design and guide RAG, agentic workflow, and multi-agent solution implementations.
- Integrate Health AI capabilities with enterprise platforms in alignment with Generative AI architecture standards.
- Establish reusable standards, processes, tools, governance, risk controls, and monitoring practices for secure and scalable delivery.
- Drive adoption through stakeholder influence, implementation roadmaps, mentoring, and measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Apply Azure OpenAI and related enterprise AI platform capabilities to health use cases.
- Monitor AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and Health AI trends and translate relevant advances into architecture guidance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery.
- Proven experience architecting, developing, scaling, and delivering Generative AI solutions into production.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, R, and SQL, with strong understanding of AI, data pipeline, and machine learning production architectures.
- Experience with Azure services, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Spark, and Generative AI orchestration frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and CrewAI.
- Ability to define architecture patterns and guide implementation teams from prototype through production scaling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with architecture governance, risk controls, performance monitoring, and measurable business value realization.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead through influence, mentor technical teams, shape architecture decisions, and collaborate across business, data, engineering, IT, security, and governance functions.
