Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and configure workflows, applications, portals, and workspaces.
- Build process automations using Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
- Develop integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure dashboards, reporting, and monitoring components.
- Support testing, deployment, and evolutionary maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to the development of junior resources.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/SecOps, or App Engine.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer and process automation tools.
- Knowledge of UI Builder, Now Assist, and AI Agentic Workflows is preferred.
- Good English proficiency at B2 level.
- Problem-solving ability, quality orientation, and teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CAD, CIS, or ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
