Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, refactor, upgrade, and maintain CRM systems covering ticketing, agent workspaces, rule engines, workflow orchestration, instant messaging, and AI-assisted modules.
- Address complex technical challenges and lead cross-team project delivery.
- Drive system stability initiatives and deliver reusable capabilities and component frameworks through architecture optimization.
- Produce design documents, technical specifications, and API documentation independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend development experience, including 3 or more years using Golang or Java as a primary language.
- Strong understanding of language internals, data structures, design principles, computer systems, networking architecture, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience building CRM systems such as ticketing, rule engines, workflow orchestration, instant messaging, or agent workspaces.
- Production experience with mainstream service frameworks and middleware, with MySQL, Redis, and Kafka experience preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and familiarity with AI-powered systems such as intelligent customer service or smart routing preferred.
- Cryptocurrency industry or leading internet platform experience preferred.
- Ability to independently create design documents, technical specifications, and API documentation.
- Bilingual English and Chinese communication skills preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, initiative, and cross-team collaboration skills.
