Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, configure, and customize SAP Plant Maintenance software solutions.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP Plant Maintenance environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance and experience configuring and customizing its modules.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Plant Maintenance and other enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
