Responsibilities
- Build web application forms, reports, layouts, application enhancements, and customer intranets.
- Implement, support, and manage secured applications according to development, operational, and quality assurance standards.
- Develop, implement, manage, document, integrate, monitor, and troubleshoot APIs.
- Resolve assigned help desk calls and record associated activities in the help desk system.
- Maintain hardware, software, configuration, and system documentation.
- Create user training manuals and build a section knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or information technology, or a master’s degree in software engineering.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Experience or skills with Greenplum Database, Ionic Framework, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, MySQL, Oracle ERP systems, PL/SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, and stored procedures.
- Listed certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, IBM Certified Application Developer for Enterprise PL/I, Microsoft Certified Power Platform, and Microsoft Power Automate certifications.
