Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Manage and support team performance, including team-level decision-making.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Assess and improve software development processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern frameworks and software development tools.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
