Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.
- Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Act as the escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.
- Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segments built by the team.
- Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, and relationship design while enforcing coding and data standards.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, defect resolution, and post-production optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide estimates, delivery plans, and status updates.
- Lead technical teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Match Rules, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, event data, cloud data platforms, and data integration pipelines.
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, permissions, and customer engagement tracking.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud knowledge, Einstein, Zero Copy, Document AI, Semantic Layer, Salesforce Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in Data 360 implementation projects is required, along with experience leading technical teams and working in Agile teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical leadership skills are required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
