Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end user-facing features from schemas and endpoints through React screens and their loading, empty, and error states.
- Translate loosely defined requests into precise written specifications.
- Review personal, teammate, and AI-agent pull requests for correctness before merging.
- Write effective tests and verify changes in the running product.
- Work within and improve repository conventions, lint rules, coverage thresholds, and component patterns.
- Release changes behind feature flags and monitor production behavior.
- Address the team’s highest-priority bugs and tasks, including in unfamiliar services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production web software.
- Strong TypeScript skills, including modeling real data shapes and using types to prevent production errors.
- Deep React experience with component composition, state management, rerendering, and user-oriented component testing.
- Server-side experience with NestJS or a comparable framework, including dependency injection, request validation, REST design, and working with databases, caches, and queues.
- Experience working effectively in a large shared codebase.
- Experience using AI coding agents on real work and evaluating their limitations.
- Clear written English for specifications, pull request descriptions, and review comments.
- Ability to adapt cleanly when priorities change.
- Nice-to-have experience with Nx, Turborepo, data-dense interfaces, virtualized or enterprise data grids, charting, filter builders, GCP, Kafka, BullMQ, Prisma, MongoDB, Redis, LaunchDarkly, Datadog, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with go-to-market, sales technology, or B2B data domains is a plus.
