Responsibilities
- Architect and own the MCP server ecosystem across Bio-Tech and Healthcare enterprise applications.
- Build production-grade MCP servers in TypeScript and Python with OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and audit logging.
- Define tool schemas, versioning standards, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Integrate MCP servers with SAP, Salesforce, D365, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Graph API, and other business applications.
- Design tool invocation and RBAC models for AI virtual employees and internal copilot personas.
- Align the architecture with the Bio-Tech and Healthcare AI Security Reference Architecture and EU AI Act compliance requirements.
- Maintain an MCP server registry and contribute to internal Claude AI Launchpad enablement.
- Mentor AI and Automation Developers on MCP patterns and agentic integration best practices.
Requirements
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD from an Indian Institute of Technology, with verification required at offer.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience focused on API design, systems integration, or AI platform engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building MCP servers or equivalent tool-calling frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI Function Calling.
- Expertise in TypeScript and Python, with strong REST and GraphQL API design and Node.js asynchronous programming patterns.
- Deep knowledge of the MCP specification, including tools, resources, prompts, sampling, and transport layers.
- Experience integrating Claude or GPT-4 with enterprise systems using agentic or RAG architectures.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, Azure AD, and enterprise SSO/SCIM patterns.
- Preferred experience with open-source MCP contributions, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Anthropic agent SDKs.
- Preferred familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Pinecone, or Azure AI Search.
- Prior Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated enterprise experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks is preferred.
