Base Salary
$253k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of physical infrastructure management software systems.
- Define and uphold engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Drive the development of workflows that meet critical business objectives.
- Own the design of high-performing, highly available cloud architectures.
- Lead the development and maintenance of cloud deployment platforms and automation tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and ensure smooth integration.
- Serve as a senior technical mentor across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in large-scale infrastructure systems.
- Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in designing reliable, scalable, and secure cloud systems.
- Fluency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Exceptional ability to work across teams with a platform mindset.
- Deep understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
