Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the Feature Rollout Service to improve service-to-service communication.
- Architect and deliver the Experiment Platform for consistent experimentation across products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ship Typeshare 2.0, enhancing type safety and developer ergonomics.
- Improve developer experience through automation and tooling enhancements.
- Establish technical guardrails to ensure platform velocity aligns with reliability and security.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the organization.
- Influence roadmap decisions based on technical constraints and opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with platform-level services like feature flagging and developer tooling.
- Proven ability to design scalable backend services and APIs.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Excellent communication skills for complex technical discussions.
