Base Salary
$133k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and continuously deploy software and services.
- Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing and rollout plans.
- Work with internal customers and stakeholders to solve the right problems.
- Mentor and sponsor teammates to support their growth.
- Collaborate across teams to shape Pilot’s engineering direction.
- Support owned software and services as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Production experience with Python.
- Experience with infrastructure tooling such as Terraform and AWS.
- Familiarity with the frontend ecosystem and frontend infrastructure tools.
- Ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to write well-structured, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach others.
