Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications, LLM solutions, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems for client organizations.
- Build the data pipelines, architectures, and production systems required to make AI solutions scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Create evaluation and validation frameworks for measuring quality and preventing regression in non-deterministic AI systems.
- Optimize performance, cost, and latency while implementing monitoring, observability, security, and governance mechanisms.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM platforms, and develop POCs, MVPs, and demonstrators.
- Translate business needs into operational AI products and contribute to strategic scoping, AI roadmaps, client enablement, and internal R&D.
Requirements
- Bac +5 or doctorate in applied mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, data engineering, AI, or architecture, ideally in direct client-facing contexts.
- Excellent Python development skills applied to data and AI, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM, RAG, and agentic AI architectures and agent/application orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, security, governance, cloud environments, and MLOps practices.
- Ability to turn business requirements into operational AI products and communicate effectively with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Technical leadership, scientific rigor, autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong results orientation.
