Responsibilities
- Own critical product surfaces from ideation through production and ongoing iteration
- Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders
- Build and evolve scalable systems using React, Node.js, and Python
- Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration
- Improve engineering quality across code, architecture, and user experience
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship and lead by example
- Turn ambiguous problems into shipped, customer-facing product value
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience
- B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field
- Experience operating at a senior-level scope and leading large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact
- Strong full-stack expertise with React and backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python
- Strong ownership, product judgment, and attention to user experience
- Active use and experimentation with the latest AI tools
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-velocity environment
- Strong judgment in technical trade-offs and system design
