Responsibilities
- Develop and operate infrastructure components, platform services, and automation solutions.
- Design and maintain CI/CD environments and keep deployment processes stable and secure.
- Monitor systems through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Operate internal AI tooling and build an AI development harness connecting models with internal data sources.
- Manage Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, virtualization, storage, identity services, and platform operations.
- Automate recurring tasks and write code to solve operational problems.
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes and Git, with Linux as the primary working environment.
- Interest in or experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, platform operations, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to write code, ideally in Go, or willingness to learn Go.
- Interest in making AI tools useful in daily work; experience with LLM APIs, agent workflows, MCP, or evaluating AI results is advantageous.
- Structured working style, strong quality standards, and willingness to learn the remaining technology stack.
- Fluent communication in German and English.
