Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable services for customer-facing product discovery widgets.
  • Build real-time data pipelines and integrations to source, rank, and render product groupings.
  • Integrate ML models into production serving systems with applied scientists.
  • Write, test, review, and maintain high-quality software.
  • Own production services, including monitoring, operational excellence, and on-call rotations.
  • Run and analyze A/B experiments measuring customer engagement and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with science, product, UX, and partner teams on feature delivery and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
  • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • 1+ years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: exposure to data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, or ML-powered product features.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $143,700.00–$194,400.00 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
