Responsibilities
- Design and develop calibration solutions for various sensors in both factory and uncontrolled environments.
- Implement technology solutions to maintain vehicle calibration awareness.
- Collaborate with leaders at Latitude and Ford for smooth deployment of solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their skills in calibration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's with 5+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
- Strong mathematical expertise in calibration problems.
- Deep understanding of numerical linear algebra and optimization algorithms.
- Proficient in C++ coding for real-time applications.
- Experience with geometric computer vision and sensor processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithm design experience in calibration.
