GTM Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to improve lead movement and member onboarding at scale.
- Collaborate with Engineering to maintain clean, consistent data pipelines and integrations across CRM and internal tools.
- Identify system gaps and bottlenecks, then design and ship workflows, automations, and system improvements.
- Build a roadmap based on GTM needs, data insights, and operational observations.
- Create reports to investigate problems, analyze results, and drive action from insights.
- Measure and communicate the impact of implemented solutions across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in technical product, sales operations, data engineering, software, or other operations roles.
- Strong software foundations and the ability to build and architect solutions within existing infrastructure.
- Strong data fundamentals and experience building reports and analyzing results.
- Experience with CRM tools or working with GTM teams.
- Systems-thinking ability and comfort understanding processes across multiple teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Persistence in navigating complex constraints and a focus on measuring operational impact.
