Base Salary
$103k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive and performant self-service tools that enable marketers and other teams to work without engineering assistance.
- Build and maintain integrations that share customer and event data with third-party platforms and lifecycle marketing tools.
- Design and develop scalable, testable, and maintainable fullstack systems.
- Collaborate with marketers, data analysts, lifecycle teams, product managers, and Growth engineering teams on high-impact projects.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, best-practice implementation, and proactive technical problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, personalization systems, and the MarTech landscape.
- Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience includes data integration projects, event tracking, data pipelines, user-data synchronization, Growth Engineering or Growth Platform work, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Terraform, GraphQL, Next.js, and monolith-to-microservices or microfrontends migrations.
