Responsibilities
- Participate in solution design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare technical design and development documentation.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business applications.
- Integrate third-party software components and APIs.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues.
- Monitor and support production applications for service availability and performance.
- Support deployment, configuration, and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Maintain documentation, test datasets, and knowledge repositories.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python 3.8+.
- Experience developing backend applications and APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
- Preferred experience with FastAPI, React, Node.js, application integration, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
- Financial services or financial market operations experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
