Responsibilities
- Structure project modules independently and support junior project members.
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, architectures, and technical solutions with clients.
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies.
- Manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern technical practices and implement crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures while leading small teams.
- Collaborate with BCG Platinion and Boston Consulting Group colleagues on national and international client projects.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Familiarity with software development methods and tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and their application across work tasks.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams and traveling to clients domestically and internationally.
- Fluent understanding and communication of complex topics in English.
