Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, configure, customize, and deploy scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions, modules, employee service experiences, and workflows.
- Manage end-to-end solutioning, process design, platform administration, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and support ServiceNow integrations with HR and enterprise systems, including e-bonding integrations.
- Monitor ServiceNow releases and recommend relevant best-practice adoption strategies.
- Provide consulting recommendations on HR digital transformation and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Independently manage workstreams and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, implementation, ServiceNow administration and configuration, integrations, scripting, custom development, e-bonding, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and engaging directly with clients.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HR and CIS – Data Foundation certifications are required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and additional ServiceNow CIS certifications are preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and strong written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
