Responsibilities

Apply user experience, digital design, and full-stack development skills to deliver ArcGIS solutions.
Build and evolve Community Platform Templates architecture for the Global Community Engagement program.
Collaborate with the team to analyze and enhance community engagement workflows.
Shape Esri’s global community engagement strategy by working with technical and non-technical teams.

5+ years of experience in digital design, programming, and product engineering, preferably in the geospatial ecosystem.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript; experience with emerging AI tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of GIS theory and application, particularly ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub.
Passion for geography and systems thinking, applying The Geographic Approach to community engagement.
Ability to travel up to 10% internationally.
Proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
