Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance Java backend applications.
Build microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Design scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
Implement secure, highly available, low-latency backend systems.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases and real-time data streams.
Build and integrate AI agents and advanced agentic workflows.
Implement tool calling, function calling, task planning, RAG, dynamic reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration.
Integrate leading LLMs into Java-based systems.
Build pipelines for prompt engineering, model orchestration, and inference.
Deploy AI-driven and agentic systems in production.

5–8 years of experience with Core Java, concurrency, multithreading, and performance tuning.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and real-time data stream integration.
Understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Practical experience building AI agent pipelines.
Hands-on experience with the OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques.
Demonstrated experience deploying AI-driven or agentic systems in production.
Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, or other vector databases.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Python for interacting with AI/ML services or models.
