Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall quality of deliverables and provide test sign-off.
- Direct the QA leadership team and provide technical expertise in test automation and quality assurance.
- Monitor QA activities, test results, leaked defects, and root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, software development, and pre-sales teams to develop and execute QA strategies aligned with quality goals.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- At least 3 years of experience working on agile projects.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation using Selenium and Java.
- Experience with web service testing using Rest Assured and strong API testing skills.
- Decent SQL and database testing skills.
- Knowledge of performance testing using tools such as Apache JMeter.
- Good working experience with JUnit.
- Experience developing data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid, or POM test automation frameworks, including developing at least one framework from scratch.
- Experience with Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, API testing, and RESTAssured is required.
- Spring Boot and WebTestClient experience is preferred.
- At least one project experience in the e-commerce domain.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, organization, planning, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
