Base Salary
$156k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications using Java, Angular, microservices, and event-based architectures.
- Lead the integration, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions for M&A business applications.
- Architect and implement resilient, fault-tolerant, and performant microservices and event-driven systems.
- Develop responsive Angular front-end interfaces and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
- Implement software engineering practices covering code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and documentation.
- Stay current with full-stack, AI, and agentic systems technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and foster technical excellence.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability for environment readiness and risk.
- Partner with Architecture, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven experience designing and building scalable, high-performance microservices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong experience with Angular and modern front-end development.
- Expert proficiency in Java and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, GenAI, and LLM-enabled systems.
- Direct experience developing, integrating, and deploying agentic AI systems for business applications.
- Experience evaluating, guard-railing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance for AI systems in regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes financial services, domain-driven design, clean architecture, observability tools, open-source contributions, or developer community participation.
Benefits

- Salary range is $156,160.00-$234,240.00, with potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
