Responsibilities
- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices across the software development lifecycle for supply chain planning applications.
- Use AI and LLM technologies for requirements analysis, solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessments, traceability, and effort estimation.
- Develop, optimize, refactor, reverse-engineer, and modernize SCM applications, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation.
- Build AI-powered functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing strategies.
- Integrate AI-assisted code reviews, security analysis, static code scanning, quality gates, deployment automation, and environment management into CI/CD pipelines.
- Generate technical documentation, release notes, implementation guides, and operational runbooks with AI.
- Measure and communicate outcomes such as reduced development cycle times, improved code quality, lower testing effort, faster deployments, and faster incident resolution.
Requirements
- Deep supply chain management expertise, particularly in planning.
- Proven track record of applying AI across the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to demonstrate and quantify measurable business outcomes from AI adoption.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PL/SQL, VBCS, OIC, and APEX for SCM development and integrations.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing, automated test generation, defect identification, regression testing, root-cause analysis, and predictive quality insights.
