Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, resilient cloud and DevOps infrastructure.
- Administer HashiCorp Vault secrets and certificates, including policies and integrations with CyberArk and Kubernetes.
- Administer and optimize PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB databases, including tuning, replication, backup, and recovery.
- Deploy and manage Apache Airflow workflows and develop or optimize DAGs.
- Implement and operate Kafka and IBM MQ messaging systems.
- Manage Kubernetes and Helm platforms, including YAML-based Pods, Jobs, Deployments, persistent storage, and ingress.
- Configure load balancing, monitoring, logging, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and build processes.
- Develop integrations using RESTful APIs and SOAP web services and automate operations with Python, Bash, or Go.
- Participate in on-call incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, backlog refinement, and process improvement.
- Act as a Scrum Master while providing technical leadership, mentoring, facilitation, and coaching.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure automation, and enterprise secrets management.
- Strong experience with at least two of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Experience deploying and developing Apache Airflow DAGs and managing Kafka and/or IBM MQ.
- Experience with Kubernetes storage, S3, enterprise NAS, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
- High proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Terraform or Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, and Gradle.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and AI/ML infrastructure requirements.
- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master while performing significant hands-on engineering, with strong Agile, facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include CSM or PSM certification, relevant cloud certifications, SRE experience, familiarity with SAFe or LeSS, and exposure to Kubeflow or MLflow.
Benefits

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
