Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a cross-engagement technical authority for architecture, safety, economic constraints, and production delivery in regulated environments.
- Design and implement complex AI-native systems while guiding delivery teams toward repeatable approaches.
- Synthesize delivery-cell learnings into reusable reference integrations, validated implementations, and durable technical patterns.
- Contribute technical evidence and validation inputs for regulated safe-to-ship decisions involving AI agents.
- Consolidate and communicate cross-cell product signals into recommendations, backlog candidates, and platform investment cases.
- Partner with Product Engineering, Product Architecture, and governance teams in architecture reviews, shaping sessions, and prioritization discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex AI enterprise systems, ideally in regulated industries.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and integration-heavy architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled application stacks, including agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-backed services.
- Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles with ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Track record of creating reusable technical patterns or platforms that scale beyond a single engagement.
- Experience collaborating with architecture, product, and platform teams and understanding enterprise software delivery, quality gates, and production readiness.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes AI/ML lifecycle management, observability, validation approaches, AI governance, security and cost controls, reference implementations, test harnesses, validation frameworks, and regulated delivery contexts.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed as $144,000 to $329,100 nationally and $172,800 to $374,000 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows a flexible hybrid model, with most external client-serving employees expected to work in person 40–60% of the time during an engagement, project, or year.
