Responsibilities

Build, test, deploy, review, and improve features and existing codebases for SaaS web applications.
Design scalable systems and features while making decisions about frameworks, tools, and application structure.
Review code for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability, and address vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and architectural issues.
Own development timelines, deliverables, project milestones, and coordination with marketing, operations, leadership, and other internal teams.
Use Claude, Abacus, and other AI-assisted development tools while prompting effectively and validating generated code.
Manage GitHub workflows, deploy and maintain applications through Vercel or similar platforms, and handle integrations, APIs, bugs, outages, and performance issues.

At least 5 years of hands-on development experience.
Experience working within and improving existing codebases and building or maintaining web applications or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of frontend and/or full-stack development, APIs and integrations, GitHub workflows, and deployment platforms, with Vercel preferred.
Experience reviewing code for quality, security, and scalability.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects without constant supervision.
