Base Salary
$73k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional solution design discussions for Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Define integration strategies, technical architectures, solution specifications, and solution footprints aligned with ERP and enterprise architecture objectives.
- Design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle PaaS, and related Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system designs, integrations, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate development and configuration activities across onshore and offshore teams.
- Evaluate technology innovations and support proposals, discovery sessions, and solution workshops.
- Partner with project managers on planning, resource estimation, risk management, scope, quality, timelines, and delivery execution.
- Mentor Leads, Analysts, and development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Support solution governance, design reviews, quality assurance, and technical decision-making.
- Contribute reusable assets, knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives, and best practices to Capgemini’s Oracle Cloud practice.
- Advise clients on Oracle Cloud integration and transformation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7–10 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service, and Oracle PaaS.
- Experience delivering at least 3–4 Oracle Cloud or multi-pillar projects.
- Experience developing multi-screen VBCS applications from scratch.
- Extensive experience designing complex OIC integrations using Oracle, FTP, database, and SOAP/REST adapters.
- Experience with OTBI and BIP reports used in OIC integrations.
- Knowledge of ATP databases and SQL/PLSQL experience.
- Experience designing Oracle Cloud solutions involving complementary vendors and boundary-system integrations.
- Working knowledge of cloud configuration.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance, with secondary experience integrating Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong consulting, business analysis, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and operate in global or international environments.
