Responsibilities
- Work on complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Implement scalable APIs and tooling with strong performance and code quality.
- Identify and improve platform components to increase robustness and scalability.
- Deliver live functionality quickly for merchants and shoppers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across teams and time zones.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience with complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Java, web services, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of software engineering practices and interest in product knowledge.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute different perspectives.
