Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into automated flows, Python scripts, and AI-augmented workflows.
- Create Power Automate flows, PowerApps integrations, Adaptive Cards, and Power BI API integrations.
- Build RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and grounded response generation.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM APIs for business workflows.
- Design agentic, multi-step workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or custom Python orchestration.
- Connect applications to SharePoint, REST APIs, databases, dataflows, and vector stores.
- Develop RESTful services and backend applications that wrap or serve LLM functionality.
- Write unit tests and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, hallucinations, and groundedness.
- Participate in UAT and troubleshoot bugs, integration issues, and AI-output quality problems.
- Coordinate with development and AI infrastructure teams and document code, prompts, chains, and agent logic.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as an Automation Consultant or in a similar role.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and knowledge of object-oriented programming, performance optimization, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI APIs, dataflows, and Power Query Editor.
- Experience with databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL, plus the ability to develop databases, applications, and servers for backend services.
- Understanding of REST concepts and experience building or interacting with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with GitHub and strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Agentic framework experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration is preferred.
- Exposure to Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Azure AI Search, vector stores, and Docker is preferred.
