Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality serving infrastructure and develop novel solutions to complex technical problems.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and help drive infrastructure initiatives across the Gemini App organization.
- Articulate the team’s goals and charter to executive leadership and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead or support high-impact LLM-based product launches and apply learnings across projects.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across international time zones to align priorities and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience building, scaling, and debugging backend serving infrastructure or LLM-centric architectures.
- Experience leading the technical development and successful launch of high-impact software products, particularly in AI, ML, or LLM domains.
- Ability to drive multiple high-impact LLM-based product launches at scale.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and operate effectively amid uncertainty and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
