Responsibilities
- Support customers across discovery, architecture design, proof-of-value, integration, and long-term adoption.
- Build relationships with strategic and enterprise customer teams across Benelux verticals.
- Partner with Account Executives to communicate the technical and business impact of graph solutions.
- Provide architectural recommendations aligned with customer strategies and IT environments.
- Design and present Neo4j-based prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value.
- Lead technical workshops, small-group sessions, demonstrations, whiteboarding, and consultative engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or professional services.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in high-tech, energy, telecommunications, financial services, or the public sector.
- Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
- Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience guiding technical teams through complex consultative engagements.
- Ability to learn and adopt emerging technologies and solve complex technical challenges.
- Comfort managing the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles.
