Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design PEGA software solutions for client needs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, diagrams, flowcharts, specifications, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with PEGA.
- Ability to understand software requirements, design solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation and testing activities.
- Ability to document software solutions and prepare accurate project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Customer communication, business etiquette, issue tracking, and status-reporting skills.
