Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through production deployment and iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand business challenges and deliver AI-agent solutions.
- Develop agent frameworks, self-service capabilities, and generative-agent initiatives for industry-specific use cases.
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Surface customer needs, prototype platform tools, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve Sierra’s core platform.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and the ability to ship creative solutions.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferred experience deploying AI/LLM systems in production, founding or founding-engineer experience, and interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
- Preferred familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
