Base Salary
$227k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive CoreWeave’s Managed databases technical roadmap and strategy.
- Design and implement advanced database solutions for AI workloads.
- Build solutions for programmatic access to database management.
- Champion initiatives to enhance system reliability and self-healing capabilities.
- Develop operational review practices to assess and iterate on performance targets.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices in product engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in distributed systems with a focus on reliability and scale.
- Prior experience with managed databases as a SaaS offering.
- Proven experience in building products that address customer needs.
- Experience building AI features in production is a plus.
- Proficiency in Golang or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and scalable architectures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
