Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new or revised application systems and programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Monitor and control application development phases and provide user and operational support.
- Ensure the continuous operation and correct execution of SAP ECP.
- Manage BAU payroll support and payroll incidents.
- Configure technical rules and payroll processes.
- Manage changes and post-implementation deployments.
- Support financial, tax, and regulatory integrations.
- Participate in parallel, retroactive, and payroll closing cycles.
- Ensure legal and audit compliance.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to assess risk and comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and organizational policies.
