Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Build advanced frontend components using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
Design, query, and optimize solutions using Oracle Database and SQL.
Define application architecture, coding standards, and reusable development patterns.
Lead API design and integration using REST/JSON services.
Mentor junior developers, guide development teams, and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot application, performance, database, and integration issues.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to planning, estimation, release, and deployment activities.

Minimum 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Advanced experience with React.js, functional components, hooks, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and UI performance optimization.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development, APIs, scripting, or automation.
Good working experience with Node.js for backend services and integrations.
Strong understanding of REST API design, integration, error handling, authentication, authorization, logging, and secure coding practices.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL, including querying, joins, data validation, performance tuning, stored procedures, indexing, and optimization.
Experience with Git, code review, debugging, logging, and performance monitoring.
Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical deliverables is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include Oracle APEX, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or LLM-based IDE extensions, legacy platform modernization, technical design discussions, and enterprise application architecture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a detail-oriented, self-organizing manner.
Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered.
