Responsibilities
- Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps product team while minimizing technical debt and using platform enhancements effectively.
- Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions covering Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Implement and optimize Employee Center Pro to provide personalized employee experiences in global enterprise environments.
- Translate global HR business requirements into scalable, platform-standard ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and extend HR workflows, integrations, and case-routing mechanisms.
- Integrate HRSD with enterprise systems and collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, user experience, and self-service capabilities.
- Apply AI tools for developer productivity and use ServiceNow AI capabilities to improve HR service delivery.
- Identify and implement AI-driven HRSD use cases such as virtual agents, intelligent routing, and summarization.
- Contribute to responsible AI usage best practices and support solution security, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer working with HRSD and Employee Center Pro in global enterprises.
- Deep experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules and Employee Center Pro.
- Strong JavaScript development knowledge, including object-oriented programming, class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, PowerShell, and other integration technologies.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
- In-depth troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis experience.
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical AI applications, including ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.
- Strong teamwork and goal orientation.
- Full-stack development experience is helpful but not required.
- ITIL Foundation and project management certification are advantageous.
