Responsibilities
- Design target-state architectures and detailed solution designs for Eagle-based fund and investment accounting platforms.
- Define Oracle and PL SQL solutions for high-volume transactional and position data processing.
- Guide technical teams on Eagle data models, workflows, valuation, fee processing, reporting, and reference data configurations.
- Optimize PL SQL procedures, packages, queries, and database structures to improve throughput and reduce batch windows.
- Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments and review technical designs, data mappings, and specifications.
- Partner with infrastructure, risk, compliance, and operations teams on deployment capacity, resilience, observability, data lineage, reconciliation, and auditability.
- Support incident and problem analysis across Eagle components and Oracle layers to identify root causes and structural fixes.
Requirements
- More than fifteen years of progressive experience in enterprise-scale financial technology, product architecture, and solution design for investment platforms.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in PL SQL development and Oracle database engineering, including performance optimization, complex query design, and secure data handling.
- Experience implementing and enhancing Eagle-based fund and investment accounting solutions covering valuation, income processing, corporate actions, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Eagle Reference Data Center capabilities, security master management, pricing integration, and golden-source design principles.
- Broad understanding of buy-side and asset-servicing business processes supporting accounting, risk transparency, and investor reporting.
- Advanced requirements analysis, solution documentation, stakeholder communication, and traceability skills.
- Familiarity with modern integration patterns, relational data modeling, and performance engineering for large-scale Oracle and Eagle deployments.
