Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a Workday Recruiting subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align teams and deliver project milestones.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting, including integrations and configuration.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and application customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
