Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate AI models for customer-support solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and agentic workflows for enterprise applications.
- Develop evaluation frameworks measuring model accuracy, relevance, and task completion.
- Translate business problems into measurable machine-learning solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to productionize applications.
- Apply prompt engineering, model orchestration, and tool-calling patterns to improve AI agents.
- Document model features, limitations, and design decisions and contribute to responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ML engineering or data science delivering production solutions.
- Strong foundations in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks such as PyTorch, and AI tooling such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Practical experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic architectures.
- Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and experience translating research into reliable production systems.
- Knowledge of privacy, security, and compliance requirements for enterprise software.
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
